The role and nature of the files are not related to PP Disk website, and PP Disk is not responsible for the legality of its files, nor does it assume any legal responsibility.
2. PP Disk does not make any form of guarantee: it does not guarantee that the content of the downloaded files meets your requirements, does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and does not guarantee the security, correctness, timeliness, or legality of the downloaded files. PP Disk shall not be held legally responsible for any inability to use PP Disk due to force majeure, network conditions, communication lines, third-party websites, equipment failures, or any other reasons.
3. You should bear the risk of downloading files from PP Disk on your own. Unless otherwise specified by PP Disk, PP Disk shall not be responsible for any accidents, negligence, infringement, or losses that may occur due to the use of file content downloaded from PP Disk (including computer virus infections caused by downloading content uploaded by others), nor shall it assume any legal responsibility.
4. PP Disk strictly abides by relevant national laws and regulations, respects third-party rights such as copyright, and therefore does not support file information content that endangers national security and ethnic unity, infringes on the rights and interests of others, is pornographic or violent, or deceptive.
5. PP Disk reserves the right to automatic and manual review. Once a valid report is discovered or received, PP Disk will delete the relevant file content without notifying the uploader and reserves the right to submit the relevant information to the relevant department.
6. PP Disk respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use PP Disk. Your registered username, email address, and other personal information will not be voluntarily disclosed to third parties by PP Disk without your personal permission or in accordance with mandatory provisions of relevant laws and regulations.
7. PP Disk reminds you that the content of the files you upload to PP Disk will not be considered as your personal privacy information. Any organization or individual who believes that the content stored by users on PP Disk may infringe upon their rights should promptly submit a written notice of rights to PP Disk (or submit a report online), and provide proof of identity, ownership, and detailed evidence of infringement. After receiving the aforementioned legal documents, PP Disk will delete the relevant file contents in accordance with the law.
PP Disk reserves the right to modify these terms, modify service content and business parameters (such as capacity), and adjust functions and interfaces at any time in accordance with the law without prior notice.
